Zattere Terrace Flat is located inside the Dorsoduro district, just few steps far from Salute Church and Punta de la Dogana, where a public boat stop allows you to reach Saint Mark's Square in less than 3 minutes (just 1 stop). The apartment is on the third floor and it's about 110 sq. mts large: a double room, 2 single rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, a large livingroom with a wide view on Zattere channel and Giudecca island. The double room has a very nice view on Salute's Dome and Venitian roof as well as 1 single room. While the other single room is linked to the small balcony appearing at the channel. The livingroom has 2 sofas that can be changed in 2 comfortable double beds.

A beautiful view on Zattere channel and a quiet atmosphere will accompanying your stay in Venice. From here you can easily reach every part of Venice as there're also landing-stages for public boats (called "vaporetto" in Venice) less than 300 meters far from the apartment on the Zattere shore. Distance on foot: - 5 minutes to Guggenheim Museum - 7 minutes to Accademia Gallery - 12 minutes to Saint Mark's Square - 15 minutes to Rialto Bridge - 20 minutes to Venice Biennale
