Die Wohnung Surian hat zwei breite und helle doppelte Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer vor kurzem renoviert (eins mit Dusche und eins mit Wanne), ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa-Bett, Ess-bereich und eine Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon. In der Küche gibt es die Möglichkeit zu schlafen, weil das Sofa ein Doppelbett ist.
Diese Wohnung ist am zweiten Etage eines Palastes sehr nah am Markusplatz aber gleichzeitig in eine ganz ruhige Straße. Es ist gestatten mit alle Komforts aus.
